Karen drawing from nature while on an artist retreat in Spain earlier this year
I wanted to officially welcome Karen, a talented designer and artist (and also happens to be my better half) to Kidoodle. I’m not so much “welcoming” Karen to Kidoodle – she’s been in the background all along: sketching out the initial ideas with me, giving her valuable feedback as the app has progressed, and providing her pirate voice when necessary. In fact, Karen’s artwork was what initially inspired me to create this app! What I’m really welcoming her to is this blog – expect to see some posts from Karen showing up here soon! Also, look out for her FB and Twitter posts too. She’s going to be discussing kids and creativity outside of these digital gadgets… so stay tuned!
