Common questions

Are there ads or in-app purchases?

No. Each book is a single purchase from the App Store. Every page is unlocked, with no ads, no subscriptions and no in-app purchases.

Do the apps collect any information about my child?

No. There are no accounts, no analytics and no tracking. Drawings stay on your iPad. The details are in our privacy policy.

Do they work offline?

Yes, completely. Nothing needs an internet connection.

How do I save or share a drawing?

Use the save or share buttons on a page. They sit behind a parental gate, a question a young child is unlikely to answer, so a grown-up needs to help. Saved pictures go to your Photos library.

How do I start over or erase everything?

Your child's drawings are kept on the iPad so they're there next time. Deleting the app erases all of them; there is no copy anywhere else.

Which devices and languages?

iPad only. Both books are available in English, German, Spanish, Malay, Tamil and Simplified Chinese.

I got a new iPad. Do I need to buy the app again?

No. Sign in with the same Apple Account and download it again from the App Store at no charge.
